Lay the secret groundwork for speed
Hit the ground running by creating an epic game plan. You might have a rough idea about the kind of job you want or the companies that excite you, but this process gives you 100% clarity. And if you’ve never thought about it? This is the perfect time to start.
Yes, there’s homework (what we call an #ELB Task List), but most students find this week relaxing... because there’s finally a plan. This is the week you nail down your goals. And if you get stuck, Team #ELB is here to coach you through it over email or text.

WEEK 2
Prepare for battle (& start looking hireable AF)
Resumes. CVs. Cover letters. Portfolios. LinkedIn. Social. Get ready for a full Queer Eye makeover. Revisit your assets or create new ones from scratch, by using the super-specific formats and tricks that have helped 100s of #ELB School grads land interviews.

WEEK 3
Learn to network the real way
By now: you have a plan, you look the part, you’re ready to apply. Now it’s time to dive into the world of not-scary networking. Networking isn’t about business cards–it’s about mastering your destiny from behind the safety of your own computer.
Learn some tried-and-tested rules for approaching friends, hitting up employers, and transforming complete strangers into your biggest cheerleaders.

WEEK 4+
C’mon, let's go get you hired!
You will have just achieved more in the last 3 weeks than most job seekers do in 6 months. It sounds crazy, but we see it happen with every single class. Our final weeks together are about putting what you’ve learned into practice–and landing the interviews and offers to prove it.
